This collection brings together the latest research from international scholars working on medieval Irish, Welsh, Cornish and Breton literature, making it a reader for courses on medieval Celtic literatures. Featured texts include early Welsh poetry, the Ulster Cycle, the ‘Mabinogi’, and the work of Dafydd ap Gwilym.

Helen Fulton is a professor in the department of English at University of Cardiff. Her previous publications include Dafydd ap Gwilym and the European context and Selections from the Dafydd ap Gwilym Apocrypha.
